rubygem-staypuft: "Access all details" button isn't available when the deployment is in progress.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install rhel-osp-installer.
2. Configure HAneutron deployment
3. Go to the deployment overview page - note the "Access all details" button.
4. Start the deployment.

Result:
The "Access all details" button is missing.
Expected resut:
The button should be there when the deployment is in progress and after it's finished.
