Description of problem:
Templates tab -> export template -> help leads to exporting VM
We'd like it to point to the documentation about exporting templates. However, it looks like the same model is used in both -- and thus the same help tag is used.

There will need to be a split somewhere so a second help tag (that will point to export template help) can be added.

Tal: please note that this is a 3.6 BZ (that is also proposed as a 3.5.z candidate); so in order to fix this issue for 3.5.z, you will need to clone this BZ to 3.5.z, etc. Can you please take care of that? otherwise, I will have a hard time to organize the relevant blocked rhevm-docs BZs. thanks.

Help button of export template leads to documentation as expected.
