Description of problem: systemd-journald-gateway user has a "soft static" allocation, but a dynamic one will suffice. It can be removed from the table of static uids/gids, and maybe reused in a few years. Currently systemd-journal-gateway package creates the user in %pre, with the statically assigned number. After it is removed from setup, I'll simply remove the number from the macro, to convert it to "dynamic" allocation, and add a versioned Conflicts on the setup package. I think that this way at all points the allocation policy will be consistent. setup should not reuse the number in the near future. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/setup.git/tree/uidgid?id=b0553e606dbd3e02c21e8ef8218af0e8ca0a4d5b
I'll comment out this entry, so it is clear static allocation was removed and this system id is now purely dynamic. If the package which will take it one day will use "soft static" approach, it should be safe even for the cases where the old systemd-journald-gateway still exists because of distrosyncing/fedup'ing the old Fedora.
