This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

We are planning a desktop rebase to GNOME 3.14.x in 7.2. totem-pl-parser should be rebased to the latest stable release that was shipped with this gnome release, 3.10.3.
