Description of problem: managed-db-installation.txt file talks about Satellite 5.6, but should talk about 5.7 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rhn-upgrade-5.7.0.16-1.el6sat.noarch How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. # less /etc/sysconfig/rhn/satellite-upgrade/doc/managed-db-installation.txt Actual results: * 3 x "Red Hat Satellite 5.6" - should be 5.7 * # grep -r managed-db-installation.txt /etc/sysconfig/rhn/satellite-upgrade <no output> * "The stand-alone database instance runs on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Server..." - only RHEL6 * "1. Red Hat Satellite 5.6 installation ISO." - should be 5.7 * 2 x "1. Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Server or 6 Server." - RHEL6 only * "install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Server or 6 Server" - RHEL6 only * "managed-db-address: ... Use address/netmask format," - but the example have no netmask: "managed-db-address = 10.0.0.3,2001:dead:beef::4321" - I have not tried what is correct * "service postgresql status" - should be "service postgresql92-postgresql status" * file preparations.txt mentions "doc/managed-db.txt" which do not exist /etc/sysconfig/rhn/satellite-upgrade/doc/managed-db.txt: No such file or directory Expected results: Expected strings are above. IMO not all items have equal importance.
And one more (important) thing: this document should probably mention on how to add Satellite Managed DB channel.

this was fixed by Stephen satellite.git(SATELLITE-5.7): e45cb22b30080763f815a88f833ed62550a1933b
