Dell adds CMPL support (both FC and iSCSI) for kilo.

Rajini,
let you track upstream progress on it and cinder.conf changes needed for it.
If we manage to have the same Dell driver to be able to handle both CMPL and EQL then you will need to file another bug for fixing EQL config in cinder puppet module.

No change in cinder puppet till CMPL driver is merged upstream.

I targeted it to A2. If we need to target it to A1 for meeting JS-3.5 timeline, please, modify it.

We decided to shift support for CMPL to OSP7 (kilo) instead of OSP6.
Aligning OSP7 toolset is a big ask.
