Description of problem:
There is one rule called 'Validate Down Payment.rdrl' which is part of jboss-bpmsuite-example (AKA Big App) and this rule cannot be opened in Guided rule editor. After the rule name is clicked in Project Explorer only the panel title of the editor appears, but the editor contents are not loaded (see screenshot).

The sources of the "broken" rule can be found here [1].
All the other example app assets can be opened and validated without problems.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup jboss-bpmsuite-example according to the instructions in README (included in [2]).
2. In Project Authoring > Project explorer try to open guided rule 'Validate Down Payment'.

Actual results:
Rule not opened, only title of the rule is shown, but not editor contents

Expected results:
Rule is opened.

Ok, now all assets from bpm-example-app can be opened and verified in their respective editors. Checked with BPM Suite 6.1.0 ER5
