Managing Users of the System Describe the issue ================== The text refers to the "Installing Hadoop using Apache Ambari" guide which is not the best source because we now support HDP 2.1 with Ambari 1.6.1. Suggestions for improvement =========================== For kerberos setup, it seems that the documentation is now available in the Ambari Security Guide here: http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/Ambari-1.6.1.0/bk_ambari_security/content/index.html For LDAP, I haven't searched for current docs yet.

Changes of references to HDP docs looks good. One minor issue I noticed: the text contains the following (2 times): > ... in "Ambari Security Guide" guide ... Wouldn't be better to remove word *quide* here? It looks redundant to me.
