Description of problem:

When i added several same public ssh keys, the beaker system doesnot reminder me.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
add the same public ssh key several times.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login beaker.
2.go to 'hello'--'perference'
3.generate the ssh key and then add.
4.add the same public ssh key as before.

Actual results:
no alter about the user add the same public ssh keys.

Expected results:
there shoule be an alter to the user.
