Previously, when the spax or pax binaries were called with the "-X" option, the "star" utility terminated unexpectedly with a segmentation fault. A patch has been applied to fix this bug, and the segmentation fault no longer occurs in this situation.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1175009 +++

The spax (/usr/bin/spax & /usr/bin/pax) binary is unable to parse -X option,
due to NULL dereference it segfaults immediately.  Update for F20+ issued
recently.
