Description of problem:
The URLs within INSTALL_README.txt and UPGRADE_README.txt files for JBoss ON 3.3.0 are not correct. They point to the JBoss ON 3.2 documentation and not to JBoss ON 3.3.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download jon-server-3.3.0.GA.zip file;
2. Unzip jon-server-3.3.0.GA.zip file and navigate to jon-server-3.3.0.GA folder
3. Open INSTALL_README.txt and UPGRADE_README.txt files

INSTALL_README.txt contains:

For documentation on installing JBoss Operations Network, please consult:

Expected results:
Both files should point to JBoss ON 3.3.0 documentation.

Going to close this as a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1198034, but going to put needinfo on reporter to clean up the external trackers for this and the duplicate BZ.  At least one seems wrong, since the attached Customer Portal case for the original issue sites "Out of Memory Errors", which seems unrelated to this doc link issue which was fixed with Update 02.

Customer complained about incorrect links in both cases: 01311175 and in 01326227 so this is why I don't think external tracker should be cleaned up. Mistakenly I opened a new Bugzilla instead to update already existing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1198034. Should I add ticket 01311175 to the external tracker of Bugzilla 1198034?

That should probably be fine just so that all tickets can be found from one location. Whatever make the lookup easier.
