rubygem-staypuft: Added 2 controllers to successfully deployed controller - the deployment of the additional 2 failed.

Environment:
ruby193-rubygem-foreman_openstack_simplify-0.0.6-8.el7ost.noarch
openstack-foreman-installer-3.0.8-1.el7ost.noarch
ruby193-rubygem-staypuft-0.5.9-1.el7ost.noarch
rhel-osp-installer-client-0.5.4-1.el7ost.noarch
openstack-puppet-modules-2014.2.7-2.el7ost.noarch
rhel-osp-installer-0.5.4-1.el7ost.noarch

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install rhel-osp-installer.
2. Successfully deploy single controller+1 compute
3. Add 2 more controllers to the deployment and try to deploy.


Result:
The deployment fails.
I see no puppet reports for the additional controllers.

Expected result:
The deployment should complete.

Correction: I see just one puppet report for the additional controllers, and then just the repetitions of reports for the deployed controller+node.

Closing list of bugs for RHEL OSP Installer since its support cycle has already ended [0]. If there is some bug closed by mistake, feel free to re-open.

For new deployments, please, use RHOSP director (starting with version 7).
