Description of problem:
When installing a virt setup with instack-virt-setup on a RHEL 7 host, you get:

* Issue another request to this URL: 'https://rhn.redhat.com/rhel-guest-image-6.5-20140603.0.x86_64.qcow2'
* Closing connection 1
Server returned an unexpected response code. [404]

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run instack-virt-setup on a RHEL host. Don't specify a NODE_DIST environment parameter, so it will default to rhel and try to download the guest image.


Actual results:
404 not found


Additional info:
Tried with wget too, same 404 error.

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
