Description of problem:
Add kiemgmt role as a default to bpmsAdmin. So the bpmsAdmin will have always admin and kiemgmt role. kiemgmt role is to enable managed git repositories, it brings benefits like multimodule projects etd.
Why there needs to a new role? Please follow a discussion in this bugzilla:

Actual results:
BPM Suite installed using installer does not enable to create managed git repositories by default. Role kiemgmt needs to be added manually.

Expected results:
BPM Suite installed using installer allows the default bpmsAdmin user to do the whole repository and asset management.

Thomas, I am sorry, it seems that this user role is probably part of 'technical preview' feature. Do not revert the fix now, I am requesting more info on this. Thanks.

Kris, should this role be automatically added by installer?

This new role should be documented as it is only a technical preview.

kiemgmt role removed from bpmsAdmin default roles.

kiemgmt role is not added to b[p|r]msAdmin user anymore.
