Verified the above scenario with 3.5.1 vt14 as follows:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create VM with 5 disks (block preallocated, block thin provisioned, nfs - preallocated and nfs - thin provisioned
2.Created snapshot 1 while VM is down
3.Created snapshot 2 while VM is down
4.Created snapshot 3 while VM is down
5.Start VM
6.Delete snapshot 2 >>>> The operation is successfull!
