Description of problem: Seeing lots of infinite loop hangs and crashes in ufraw, gdb consistently points here: (gdb) where #0 0x00007ffff6f83394 in _lf_delobj(void***, int) (var=var@entry=0x8c3ce0, idx=idx@entry=0) at /usr/src/debug/lensfun-0.3.0/libs/lensfun/auxfun.cpp:198 #1 0x00007ffff6f7a9e9 in lfLens::RemoveCalibDistortion(int) (this=this@entry=0x8c3ca0, idx=idx@entry=0) at /usr/src/debug/lensfun-0.3.0/libs/lensfun/lens.cpp:599 #2 0x000000000042f152 in UFRaw::Distortion::Event(UFEventType) (this=0x95ed10, type=<optimized out>) at ufraw_lensfun.cc:552 #3 0x0000000000426c79 in UFArray::Set(char const*) (that=0x95ed10, this=0x95ed30) at ufobject.cc:53 Quite consistent with the call to _lf_delobj() from ufraw for both infloop and crash variants. It appears that ufraw was compiled against lensfun 0.2.8, but 0.3.0 has now been released - I'm suspecting the shared library isn't 100% API compatible. Reuilding ufraw from the .src.rpm made it start working (as it got linked against lensfun-devel 0.3.0. Not sure who's really at fault here - ufraw for not being rebuilt, or lensraw for not bumping the .so version if they changed the API. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ufraw-0.20-1.fc22.x86_64 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
