Steps to Reproduce:
1. install the latest staypuft puddle (ruby193-rubygem-staypuft-0.5.9-1.el7ost.noarch)
2. after having a working horizon, login into it (using the admin user), and click on images
3.

Actual results:

horizon will errors out, with An unexpected error has occurred.

Expected results:
clicking in images brings the images page

Additional info:

sourcing the keystonerc_admin file and running glance image-list gives:
Error finding address for http://192.168.0.16:9292/v1/images/detail?sort_key=name&sort_dir=asc&limit=20: HTTPConnectionPool(host='192.168.0.16', port=9292): Max retries exceeded with url: /v1/images/detail?sort_key=name&sort_dir=asc&limit=20 (Caused by <class 'httplib.BadStatusLine'>: '')

Also, attaching:
1. tar czvf logs.tgz /etc /var/log fronm controller
2. tar czvf foreman-log.tgz /var/log/foreman* on staypuft
