Description of problem:
After moving the 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.3.2.5.20141218144833_50406a5 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Configure ==> Configuration ==> Default Zone ==> Configuration ==> Edit this zone ==> change the description to blank and click on save button

Actual results:
Displays error message stating "Description is required", however following changes are noticed
1. Save, Reset and Cancel button not seen
2. Click on Configuration button, "Delete this Zone" option gets enabled
3. Clicking on "Delete this Zone" throws error.
Refer the screenshots and production.log for further details

Expected results:
1. Enable the Save and Cancel button to modify and update the zone
2. Disable the "Delete this Zone"
