Bug #1136836 is also experienced in fedora 21 workstation

1. # systemctl restart systemd-journald.service
2. in the desktop tunr interface off and on and the journal shows

If I restart NetworkManager 

# systemctl restart NetworkManager the dhcp comes up again 

unfortunately this needs the/a console to restore my network.... :o)

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing NetworkManager-0.9.10.1-1.git20150105.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
