In tftp server, it will show "RRQ from 10.240.212.249 filename pxelinux.0". And no other information. From /var/log/message on foreman server, it showed ip has been set. This can't be fixed until the foreman project adds this support. A tracking issue is here: http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/431 If you can boot using legacy boot mode instead of UEFI, that should unblock you.
Upstream foreman issue. We'll get it after they fix it in our next rebase, but we don't plan to rebase at this time.
