Description of problem: Blivet doesn't support formatting options for xfs. It's support formatting a device into xfs. However it doesn't support xfs formatting with options like inode size, su, sw and so on. Additional info: mkfs -t xfs -f -K -i size=512 -d sw su -n size device
Format options can be passed down to the mkfs call for all filesystems by adding options="fee fi fo fum" to the create() call.
Unfortunately, if we're encouraging people to use the full action-oriented model we need to provide a way to specify those options such that they get used when the formatting is driven by an ActionCreateFormat. It's not at all difficult -- we just need to add something akin to mountopts to override the default mkfs args.
