This looks to be a problem of man.

When I make my terminal wider, I see the man page correctly with 
$ rpm -qf `which man`
man-db-2.6.5-6.fc20.x86_64

however broken with
$ rpm -qf `which man`
man-1.6f-32.el6.x86_64

Feel free to open a bug against man. Closing as NOTABUG for Satellite.
