Wrong flash message displayed on save retirement date for a service

Description of problem: Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.3.2.6.20150108100920_387a856 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Navigate to Services->My Services->All Services 2.Select a Service and from lifecycle click set retirement date and click on save(do not enter retirement date) Actual results: Flash message "Retirement date removed" displayed in UI Expected results: save button should be disabled and should be enable only when the date is set Additional info:
