Severity set to high, just 'cause it's a legal requirement....

As far as I can tell, the Postfix license (aka "IBM PUBLIC LICENSE -
SECURE MAILER") is not included anywhere in the postfix RPMs. The
license seems to require that a copy be included with the application,
and the man pages all say things like:

LICENSE
       The Secure Mailer license must be distributed with this software.
 


To fix, just put the LICENSE file in %doc
