Drilling into host events from cluster C&U graphs gives Action not implemented [ems_cluster/perf_top_chart] error.This happens with both daily and hourly events.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1.On the cluster C&U graphs(either daily or hourly interval),left click a data point.
2.Select 'Chart',then select 'Top hosts on this day'.
3.From the host pie chart,select Timeline.Select 'Daily events' or 'hourly events'.


Actual results:
-----------------
Drilling into host events from cluster C&U graphs gives 'Action not implemented [ems_cluster/perf_top_chart]' error


Expected results:
-----------------
Drilling into host events from cluster C&U graphs should not result in 'Action not implemented [ems_cluster/perf_top_chart]' error,instead it should display the timeline events.
