Description of problem:
ibus panel icon is showing "PO" instead of "PL" for Polish keyboard layout. The expected short-hand is "PL" and frankly I was pretty confused what this "PO" thing was until I clicked on it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ibus-1.5.9-8.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add and enable Polish keyboard layout

Actual results:
"PO" is displayed.

Expected results:
"PL" should be displayed.
