This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

I've just seen this on F22, but of course I have no way to reproduce this. I was just trying to click on a tab in Firefox when it happened. Since another user mentioned Firefox too, maybe it's related to that particular app's handling of grabs?
