Description of problem:
Teams using SCRUM have to use external tools, it would be great if Bugzilla could support SCRUM for those products fortunate enough to be using it.

I have had discussions on this topic with various stakeholders over the last year or so.  The main difficulty is finding an agile extension that is well-maintained, keeps up-to-date with new upstream Bugzilla versions (e.g. 4.5/5.0), and has acceptable performance for a Bugzilla installation of our size.

Assessing the available options is something I would like us to invest some time in once we have the performance upgrade and Bugzilla 5.0 deployment behind us.

Bumping this as the agile extension will need to be ajaxified to work for us.

Given the merge went much faster than expected I think we should consider this for BZ 5.0.

We need this in 5.0 as it provides the teams functionality we require for replicating AckViewer functionality.
