Description of problem:
Often the RT web link is added to the loan comment in our tickets. When were looking at the beaker Activity->New Value the web link gets truncated.
An example of the web link pointer is shown below.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a loan and add web link to the RT request.
2. Open the Activity tab on the left side of the beaker webpage.
3. Find the loan and look for the web link 

Actual results:
Web Link is truncated.

Expected results:
Should be able to see the entire link and or other information on other failures.
Example:

Failed: ValueError: Power script /usr/lib/python2.6/site-pac

Unfortunately this is a long-standing issue with the database schema, not just a display problem. The activity.new_value column only holds 60 characters.
