Description of problem: When a collection does not support environment modules, then command `scl man sclname` does not work. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): $ rpm -q scl-utils scl-utils-2.0-2.fc21.x86_64 How reproducible: every-time Steps to Reproduce: 1. $> scl man rh-mariadb100 Actual results: Collection rh-mariadb100 doesn't exists! Expected results: man page is displayed. Additional info: running `scl enable rh-mariadb100 -- man rh-mariadb100` works.
