python-dateutil will be updated to version 2.x and there may be changes that affect this package. If freeipa will work with the newer python-dateutil, you can safely close this bug. If freeipa really does require python-dateutil 1.5, please use Requires: python-dateutil15 for Fedora versions of the package until it can be updated.

Upstream says that dateutil-2.4 is fine. Rawhide has already been fixed, but F22 still needs an update which removes dependency on python-dateutil15.
Yes. We plan to fix this one soon - FreeIPA 4.1.3 is being released as we speak.
freeipa-4.1.3-1.fc22 [1] and freeipa-4.1.3-1.fc23 [2] were built with: Requires: python-dateutil according to [3] [1] http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=612967 [2] http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=612767 [3] https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/4854#comment:4
