Created attachment 981616 [details] guest_os Description of problem: Clcking on the button that allows us to see the graph and the associated report, We can see the system pulls the correct information from Vmware, e.g.: Container OS Product Name Name OS Name VMware CentOS release 5.4 (Final) HotLink EC2 Agent localhost VMware CentOS release 5.5 (Final) HotLink SuperVISOR localhost VMware CentOS release 6.5 (Final) ManageIQ_test localhost.localdomain VMware Fedora release 20 (Heisenbug) test1 localhost.localdomain VMware Fedora release 20 (Heisenbug) TinyLinuxTemplate rhel6-0050569a4052.loyalty.com VMware FreeBSD (64-bit) TOR-DVN-0004 VMware Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (64-bit) Windows-Test November VMware Microsoft Windows Server 2012 (64-bit) TOR-MVN-0182 VMware Microsoft Windows Server 2012 (64-bit) TOR-MVN-0181 ... However the graph only shows 7 hosts, all CentOS 5.4. What exactly do I need to configure/trigger in order to make this graph show all the information? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.3.2.6.20150108100920_387a856 How reproducible: Only on customer appliance Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Dashboard graph and report showing different results (only half) Expected results: Dashboard Graph should reflect report. Have checked with customer and the report is showing active and is running daily. Additional info: Tested with master and version that customer has but have not been able to reproduce.
