Description of problem: In #1133786 subversion dropped dependency on systemd, but its %post, %preun, %postun scripts call systemctl. It is pretty obvious that this will not work as expected if systemctl (provided by systemd) is not installed. Packaging guidelines are pretty explicit: a dependency on systemd (or systemd-units) is required. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): subversion-1.8.11-1.fc21.x86_64
