Description of problem:

There are some bundles on right list that are not shown in the left list. Checking rhq_bundle table, the data is OK. 

It seems like that when the navigation tree is created it limits the query to the database to the first 200 rows.

Reproducible on 3.1.x.

How reproducible:

After deploying 200 bundles, 201 and 202 were not shown in the left side of the resource tree in JBoss ON UI.

Actual results:

Bundles were not shown in the left side of the resource tree in the JBoss ON UI.

Expected results:

It should show all bundles.

    Removed the bundles limit.
    Sorted the bundles by name.
