Description of problem:
The directory /usr/lib/cifs-utils rsp. /usr/lib64/cifs-utils is unowned.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cifs-utils-6.4-1.fc20
cifs-utils-6.4-2.fc21

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a Fedora chroot
# mock -r fedora-{20,21,rawhide}-x86_64 --init 
2. Install cifs-utils into the chroot
# mock -r fedora-{20,21,rawhide}-x86_64 --install cifs-utils

3. Enter a shell inside of the chroot
# mock -r fedora-{20,21,rawhide}-x86_64 --shell
# rpm -qf /usr/lib64/cifs-utils

Actual results:
# rpm -qf /usr/lib64/cifs-utils
file /usr/lib64/cifs-utils is not owned by any package

Expected results:
The package to own /usr/lib64/cifs-utils

Additional info:
This bug causes the package to not uninstall properly.
