Description of problem:
When an ISO domain is connected to multiple data centers when not all are active, when going to the Images sub tab under the storage main tab, the image list is not fetched

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect an ISO domain to two data centers, one active, one not
2. Select the ISO domain in the storage main tab
3. Click on the "Images" sub tab

Actual results:
No image is shown, no query is sent to backend to fetch the images

Expected results:
Images will be displayed as one or more of the data centers are in active status

Does this just happen for webadmin/GUI or also when fetching the list via REST/API ?

this ovirt bug was fixed during 3.5.1 cycle and is included in the build, and therefore should be verified.

Images list is available via webadmin while the ISO domain is attached to more than 1 DCs, while part of them are not in Up status.

Verified using rhev 3.5.1 vt14

ovirt 3.5.2 was GA'd. closing current release.
