The new option --kickstart-template corresponds to the <kickstart/> element in the recipe. The template will be rendered on the server side using Beaker's kickstart templating mechanism which has always existed but is now properly documented (bug 966348).

Alexander Todorov has contributed a patch for this:

The option added is "--kickstart".
