Hi Petr,

This module is a dependency for perl-Statistics-Basic, that i am trying to put into EPEL7 for perl-Bytes-Random-Secure and perl-Crypt-Random-TESHA2.

I would be happy to take responsibility for building this module in EPEL7 if required.
