Description of problem:

Assuming a running Ceph cluster - Packstack should be able to easily deploy OpenStack that uses the cluster as both an image store and as backing for instances.

I don't think packstack offers any integration with Ceph and to be honest, I'm not sure it should. Its there for PoC stuff and I think Ceph sits outside of its remit. Would recommend to close WONTFIX.
