This release low-case all license identifiers. Upstream probably thinks the `slname' property is a CPANSPECv1 identifier. I will remove the Correct-Software-License-s-identifiers-for-LGPL-lice.patch as it's probably a way upstream want to go. This this release will go only to Fedora 22.
