Doc Text:
Amazon added new C4 instance types; CFME does not include the new instance type. Code changed to include the new C4 instance type. Also, added intel_avx2 attribute for the new C4 instance. CFME knows about the instance type and can provision to a C4 instance type.

Verified fixed in 5.3.3.0.1 - 5.3.3.0.1.20150127115148_446974b.

I was able to select and provision a C4.large instance (into a VPC) with no issues.
