Description of problem:
If one upgrades to version 1.6-3, the libselinux is missing a dependeny
on GLIBC_2.3.4 which crashes programs like kdm and one cannot
log in.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to version 1.6-3
2. Restart X
3. Try to login into kdm and examine /var/log/messages
