Description of problem:
Some of the tables in Satellite still show Deselect All as active and allow it to be clicked when there are no items selected in the table. For example, Hosts > Content Hosts and Host Collections.

With nothing selected (and especially no items in the table), I'd expect that link to be disabled. There's nothing selected, so there's nothing to de-select.

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been
set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.

As far as I can tell this is only existent on the content hosts page.  The host collection page doesn't even have selection abilities.  Will fix the content host page.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/17685 has been resolved.

The fix to this bug will be delivered with release 6.3 of Satellite.
