Description of problem:
Statistical API gives user statistics, however to use this API one needs to know user name in advance. 
There fore we need to know list of users associated with particular project. 
It's needed for integration with http://stackalytics.com/

I'm thinking when you say "associated users" you mean users who have contributed to the translation of a particular project at one time. Would this be correct?

Carlos, yes that is correct, list of users who have contributed and been contributing to the project

The bug in 'See Also' might be a more complete version of this bug provided it can filter results by contributions to a given project.
