Description of problem:
If the volume has replica count less than 3, optimize virt store displays a dialog box asking for the confirmation , the following volumes were found not to be of the suggested replica-3 tyoe: <volume name>. Are you sure you want to continue?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a volume of replica type less than 3.
2. select the volume and click on "optimize for virt store".

Actual results:
There is no title for the popup.
Expected results:
Popup should have a title.
Additional info:
Verified and works fine with build ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150420232310.gite30f655.el6.noarch.
Now the dialog has a title called Optimize for Virt Store.
