Steps to Reproduce:
1. eclipse
2. set the workspace to /tmp/dummy/workspace

Log results is attached.

It looks like you have plugins installed that are not shipped in Fedora (GMF/Graphical Modelling Framework?)

Can you reproduce this with a fresh .eclipse dir? I.e. close eclipse and do:

  mv ~/.eclipse ~/.eclipse.old

And try again?

Exactly I have installed the papyrus eclipse component and all the GMF / EMF tools have been added in the plugins.

Especially I have one :
.eclipse/org.eclipse.platform_793567567_linux_gtk_x86_64/plugins/org.apache.batik.dom.svg_1.6.0.v201011041432.jar

Do you plan to provide an eclipse-papyrus component in fedora ?
