+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1132920 +++ Description of problem: ========================== Volume set help for the option : "server.statedump-path" is as below Option: server.statedump-path Default Value: /var/run/gluster Description: Specifies directory in which gluster should save its statedumps. By default it is the /tmp directory The Default Value is "/var/run/gluster" . But in the description it is mentioned "By default it is /tmp directory" which is in correct. Expected Result: ================= Description: Specifies directory in which gluster should save its statedumps. By default it is the "/var/run/gluster" directory

In case the problem is still not fixed with glusterfs-3.7.0, please open a new bug report. glusterfs-3.7.0 has been announced on the Gluster mailinglists [1], packages for several distributions should become available in the near future.
