Description of problem:

Now we can review job status based on job id or recipe id, e.g.
https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/jobs/$job_id
https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/recipes/$recipe_id

And we could not review job via recipeset id at present. But it would be better to review the status based on recipeset instead of single recipe for multihost jobs.

Please add report url based on recipeset

Allowing direct links to recipe set is one of the existing BZs proposed for resolution in the upcoming redesign of Beaker's results reporting capabilities: https://beaker-project.org/dev/proposals/job-page-improvements.html
