Requirement:
JDG currrently ships with a 32-bit Windows C++ Hot Rod client, which is Tech Preview.

The 32-bit Windows C++ client must be removed from JDG 6.5 distribution, so that only 64-bit C++ clients will be included in the JDG 6.5 distribution.
