Description of problem:
It can not boot succeed after finished auto installation with iscsi_install on hard iscsi lun.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Auto install rhevh with the follow parameters.
BOOTIF=ens1 storage_init=/dev/sda,/dev/sdb iscsi_init=/dev/sdb iscsi_name=iqn.1994-05.com.redhat:rhevh-1 iscsi_target_name=iqn.2001-05.com.equallogic:0-8a0906-9021f7d03-233f49b26635031d-s1-gouyang-165404-01 iscsi_install iscsi_server=10.66.90.100:3260 adminpw=4DHc2Jl0D05xk firstboot

Actual results:
1. After finished the installation, it can not boot. It can not find the boot disk at all.

Expected results:
1. It should boot succeed.
